So, so frustrating. Do not use this service. I had one visit where they did not have the part and had to order it. Next time after I got the part they did not show for the appointment, but there is no way to speak to a human, just automated AI loops on the phone and web site. Tried again to reschedule and it's the same thing. No-show, no way to get hold of anyone, and no help for my broken refrigerator. Horrible. Sears no longer has customer service representatives. It is all AI. I was supposed to have an appointment on 9/24/26 from 8 to 5. They sent me a msg saying they would be here 10 to 12. Then I got an updated message saying 1 to 3pm. I got another message saying 3 to 5pm. It also said they would contact me if the technician was not able to make it. Wow, the professionalism this man demonstrated was way beyond what I normally see, and gave me great confidence to want to use this service again when needed! Thank you for sending me someone so competent and excellent!!
Very knowledgeable technician. I learned a lot! He cleaned and checked my refrigerator and freezer and was very efficient and pleasant.
