The technician was professional, diligent and competent. The issue was corrected with a detailed explanation of not just what was wrong but how to prevent it from happening again.
The repair service was very good. However the Sears scheduling service was awful. The service people never showed up for two weeks as scheduled. I had to reschedule twice. It took two weeks for the repair man to show up at my home. The AI monitoring system is terrible and should be eliminated. It was impossible to reach anyone when they did I not show up. I know AI saves you money but it does not help the customer in any way.
