I scheduled a fridge repair twice and no one came. The first time I scheduled an appointment, I waited for 4 hours and no one ever came and wasn’t notified until after the appointment window that there were “staffing issues.” I rescheduled, and during my second appointment window, I got another automated text saying that the technician came and I wasn’t home, but the technician didn’t actually come and just sent a picture of a parking garage. Came, looked at the fridge, read thr fridge it's last rites, proclaimed it dead. RIP Fridge!
