Dallas was terrific. Very efficient. Helpful guidance in using dishwasher properly. Also Sears should drop the AI assisted communication. It’s frustrating not being able to talk directly to someone. If it doesn’t significantly improve we’ll likely discontinue our protective service agreement.

Not a review of this specific location or any of their mechanics but Sears Home repair itself. Scheduled a repair for my refrigerator on Monday 6/8 and they only had availability on Thursday 6/11 from 8-12. Fine. By Thursday, my refrigerator had stopped working altogether and needed urgent repair. I updated the service request appropriately. Thursday comes and goes, I’m told they’ll arrive between 9 and 11.
