Paid $530 for a repair for a refrigerator where the part cost $30 and nothing was fixed. I called the number that they have for customer service and all you get is an AI bot and do not speak to a real person. Finally, after about 45 minutes on the phone the day after the repair I got through to somebody. They asked me to unplug the fridge and plug it back in before they would reschedule a second appointment. I did that and nothing happened. I’m about to call again today to set something up.
