What a great communicator! Michael had to come several times to fix my refrigerator and kept me informed of the steps along the way.
The tech engine's work were fine by initial email said I would have either a text, a phone call or an email as to when my window was and I would receive that. The day before that never happened. I got it on the morning of my appointment date.
