Received a text the day of my scheduled appointment saying they would arrive between 8 and 5. But around noon, I click on the link and my appointment was changed! No notice or anything. I called the number but it was AI that could not explain to me why it was changed with no real person to talk to. Will not be using again
Don’t use them! They are a scam!!!! Came out and told me it was a sock stuck in the drain. Washer still wouldn’t start. Technician says he can’t do anything and I should call Maytag. Still charged me. You can’t talk to anyone in with authority or that will do anything. Literally just spent in charges, the amount a new washer would cost paying sears and Maytag.
