Our repair technician, Donald, was very polite, found our washer’s problem very quickly, ordered the necessary part and then returned to install it efficiently. We were very pleased with Donald’s work! However, the organization and administration of the repair service was awful. To be told that you need to stay home for 9 hours to have repair service is totally unacceptable.
