He took the time to see what was wrong with the trash compactor & he tried to fix it. Very professional
A disaster. Asked for service to arrive before 12 due to work reasons because could not take the whole day off. Waited al day long for technician to arrive and kept moving arrival 2 hours at a time. As If my time isn’t is value for anyone. Technician finally arrived 5.30 when no service is allowed into the condo.
