All day on the 18th of April I kept getting reminders that I had an appointment that day between 8:00am and 5:00 pm. to repair my range. The repair parts were here but Ricky or anyone else did not come.
Cancels after scheduling,, not recommended.. impossable to talk to a live person.. still waiting after weeks to get refrigerator that is under warranty just looked at.
Great customer service
Stovetop replacement completed. Two friendly service technicians came.
Very professional, quick repair, was careful moving oven with a protective mat, knowledgeable and described the burned out part. Thanks Sears!
