Worst experience imaginable. On October 6th, my dryer—still under warranty—stopped working, and unfortunately the repair service was handled through Sears Appliance Repair. That’s where the nightmare began. Every single bit of “support” was AI, and it was an absolute disaster. The AI scheduled three separate appointments, and not once did a technician bother to show up.
