I'm not one to write reviews but I felt that my experience was frustrating enough that I don't want others experiencing similar issues. I am on my 4th cancellation on the day of my appointment due to an "unforeseen circumstance" for my refrigerator and freezer that have stopped working. I have called several different phone numbers and have never been able to speak with a human about this and the numbers continue to send me in loops to automated recordings. Very disappointed with this service. Cancelled twice on the scheduled day of service. Only contact was through a chat bot. After the second cancellation the kept calling wanting me to reschedule. I finally was able to schedule through a different repair company. They were great! Showed up as planned and fixed the issue.
I am on my 3rd cancellation on the day of my appointment. I have called 4 different phone numbers and have never reached a human to talk to. Frigidaire (also poor customer service) has 2 contractors in this area of MN. Both have cancelled or not shown up. Neither has a person you can speak to. Do not get a warranty with Frigidaire!!
