My dryer still not heating. After long wait time for very costly repair! No phone contact to talk to anyone! I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied Anita Thrasher
Did not get a repair it could be repaired. We want to discontinue our services with Sears home warranty at this time. It cost way too much every month plus anytime you come out you have to pay a diagnostic fee too we are not pleased with all these charges.
The replacement of my oven knob.
The dryer does work having been temporarily repaired, however upon first use we discovered that the exhaust pipe had not been connected to the vent to the outside. Hot air and lint was being projected into the dryer space. Furthermore, on each revolution of the dryer drum, there is a scraping noise that did not exist prior to the repair. We also have a home warranty contract and was surprised to learn that this was not being acknowledged at all, and was quoted a permanent repair at full cost.
