The service was fast and easy to set up, but after the fact I have been trying to get a copy of my invoice and it has been the biggest pain in the rear!!!!! You cant talk to anyone, and you only deal with AI. The AI directs you to the website, and the website is also AI and has no way for to request/view a copy of my invoice. I have even reached out to the technician about it and crickets. Not sure why it is so hard to just get a copy of my service invoice?!?!?! The first technician didn’t diagnose the problem correctly so this delayed the repair. The second technician properly diagnosed the issue and ordered additional parts which delayed the repair longer. Although this process took about a month….the third technician installed the correct parts and now my freezer is working perfectly.
Service man that came to check my icemaker gave great customer service and explain exactly what was going on with my icemaker.
I have to change my previous rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. The tech is nice and friendly. He replaced the part but he never got to test the work before leaving. I found out the next day that I am still having problem with the heating on my cook top. I have to call again for a recall of the service done.
