I must say - the process was fast. I made a call and a technician arrived and evaluated my refrigerator. The parts were ordered and arrived in a timely manner. The technician to install parts was prompt in arriving at my house. The service technician had completed the process in or about 35 minutes.
This was my first time using Sears for my AC service. The serviceman was on time, very respectful and efficient. He resolved the problem properly. I’m feeling much cooler now.
