Technician was professional and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Customer service, however, gets a zero score! First scheduled appointment was a no-show. One cannot talk to a human to resolve the problem. AI Chatbot is unable to resolve problems. Scheduling was a disaster. Sign onto the Internet and track the technician feature did not work. The automated system produced my name and address incorrectly, despite my repeated corrections. There is no way to contact someone to get a status report or update. TERRIBLE... read more
Unfortunately the washer would need extensive repair. No warranty of course. So I’ll have to replace it. But the representative was very kind and explained everything as he went., He was very professional.
