Our service technician (James) communicated before he visited to verify if we were home and to estimate how long before he arrived. Once he arrived, he was friendly, respectful, effective and efficient. There was an electrical wire that was underneath our washer that snapped. Within 30 minutes, he had the washer repaired. He even tested our washing machine to ensure it worked properly as to complete the work order before he left. This was covered under our warranty as we did not have to pay anything.
