The technician and the work he did was awesome, but not being able to speak to a human when you call in and getting your appointment rescheduled multiple times is frustrating
James did a fantastic job at repairing the washing machine. However, Lowe’s and Lowes protection plan is a complete joke and Lowe’s miserably failed on this one. My washer broke in early February and it just now was fixed end of March. That being said I had to buy an old used washer off of facebook marketplace to get us by, which cost more than the stupid worthless Lowe’s protection plan.
