He quickly diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator and found the repair would be covered by the factory warranty. Rather than charge us for the repair he told me it would be covered for free if I scheduled it directly. The repair would have been over a thousand dollars otherwise. Very friendly and helpful.
My technician was extremely nice and knowledgeable
Technician was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Explained things thoroughly as well. He made me feel at ease and answered all my questions best he could. However, when I needed to get in touch with him for more information needed and didn't have his phone number the company he works for kept telling me they would relate information to him to call me back.
