Joe was excellent. But he could not address the problem of the service fee from Fridays appt. I was not told that I could not get recompense for the service fee from one day to the next. Who do I address this matter to? Essentially I paid the service fee and still got the repair within a days time. Again my technician was awesome. This issue is with the company.
The tech James was efficient and fast. He knew the problem and came in and fixed it fast. However, I did not care that the week before I had scheduled a service repair and I did not receive a call from anyone and did not receive a text until approximately 4pm that afternoon stating that I would have to reschedule. I also do not like sitting around all day for repair services. You could narrow the wait time a lot!!!! This was a warrenty service, but I would never use your services myself for that reason.
