Submitted a request through my insurance. They didn’t come out or call. I called and booked an appointment which no one came out then they marked my order as closed and fixed! I called Sears and told them no one came out to fix my appliance but the lady insisted that their technician came and fixed it!
Super fast repair! In and out in 15minutes.
The technician was professional and good at his work! He called before arriving, did not give up easily on the problem and fixed our washer! He was fantastic.
