The technician was qualified and professional, but scheduling process, the time between appointment and the system being AI bots was terrible. We were without a dryer for over 2 months. For the cost of this warranty that is completely unacceptable. I will be canceling our subscription as soon as this year’s contract is up.

I didn't want to write a review because I'd hate for someone to lose their job, but this service visit was pathetic. Tech had to YouTube video how to put washing machine into test mode, had to Google what type of machine it was and had to borrow MY shop vac because he forgot his at home. I had to tell him the machine was leaking water from the back as he was saying "seems to drain fine for me." I can't believe I paid $119 service fee when I basically did all the work. He should've paid me. C'mon Sears. Do better.

I had them out to fix my oven in early June, it broke within a few weeks again. I had purchased the Sears monthly coverage. They came back out and said I needed a different new part, I got the part within a few days , it is now Sept 1 and they have changed my installations date for the third time!!!! You cannot get through to a live agent!!!! It is a horrible service!!!!!!!!
