I had them out to fix my oven in early June, it broke within a few weeks again. I had purchased the Sears monthly coverage. They came back out and said I needed a different new part, I got the part within a few days , it is now Sept 1 and they have changed my installations date for the third time!!!! You cannot get through to a live agent!!!! It is a horrible service!!!!!!!!
excellent work, done quickly. Pointed out needed additional vent cleaning. Polite, explained every thing. Very grateful.
