Fixed the dryer so overall good but apparently Sears doesn't pay for parking? Really didn't like getting called with a demand that I would need to come downstairs and pay for parking or reschedule the appointment. Needed a clothes dryer so I was stuck. The couple bucks for parking wasn't the end of the world but also the whole interaction was pretty odd/not what I would have expected.
Very professional and well mannered.
