He was very friendly and helpful in performing the maintenance on my dishwasher,
He was fine & apologized for Sears rigid, unacceptable, scheduling service. He had a trainee with him & did a good job explaining the work process to him.
This is the 3rd time we have had David over the years. He is thoughtful and kind and able to communicate what is best for our situation. Wish we could get him every time we have a need.

The tech and his helper identified the problem and install the previously ordered part. Took all of 30 minutes. This fixed the problem.
