The repairman that came out was polite, knew exactly what to do, and answered all my questions. The only thing I didn't like was how my service was scheduled. I was told the repairman would arrive between 8-5. Then I received a text saying the person would be here between 7-9 a.m. so I got up at 6:30 a.m.. They texted a way to track the arrival, but I would've had to sign up and log into an app. Our person let me know he'd be here at approximately 10 a.m.. He arrived at 10:00ish. The repairman was very timely. He was professional and friendly. The repair was quick and I am very happy with it.
We had two sets of technicians come out to repair our Refrigerator and both did a great job. Keep up the good work. Thank you
