The technician did a great job. I would highly recommend Sears again. The obnoxious drier sound has stopped. I called Samsung first because it is a Samsung dryer and they were no help at all. Thank you, Sears.
Loose handle on LG wall oven door. Technician came out, said he couldn't diagnose due to needing either a dolly or second person and so he rescheduled. Next trip came with a partner, ended up not needing to pull the oven, go figure. Then he tells me the only way to fix the problem was to replace the door ($900). I initially declined, then decided to proceed and attempted to reschedule. Ended up talking to an AI assistant who couldn't find my phone number in their system and so coun't access the previous visit details. Nor co... read more
