Has been scheduled to repair refrigerator every 2 weeks since 5/8 and has arrived ONE time. Has tried to fix since October 2024 and CANNOT fix it Haven’t had a working refrigerator since Please replace or repair!!!!
Absolutely the worst service !! 5 people in home, front door open; Technician left and emailed me a form saying “No Answer at door” Do not text me!!!!! Was suppose to text or call me!!!! You can not reach a human being at Sears to talk talk to nor do they provide a cell number for the technician !!! That is no way to business. Please do not ever think about using SEARS Repair
