all the techs have been nice, but still not fixed as of today
The service tech was very efficient.she diagnosed the problem quickly and her communication was excellent.
The service was great. The parts came quickly. But they follow up repair kept being delayed, so there’s an issue with scheduling and having technicians available.
Jeff was great. Patient. Wish the end result had been discovered a lot sooner. Part is no longer available.
