I had a great experience in the past. Not so much anymore. I have a Kenmore refrigerator. It broke down July 6th. I got the part delivered July 11th. My appointment was set for July 16th. They canceled my appointment. Right away I set another appointment for today August 19th a month later. They canceled again. This is today. Now want me to setup another appointment for September 19th. I would be out of a fridge for 3 months No thank you. I have first american home warranty.
In the past I’ve had a good experience with this company but something has changed. They now schedule through AI, not a human. Service was scheduled for an 8 hour window yesterday, from 8-5. Was told a technician would call when on the way. At 1:40 a person called and asked if he had arrived. I said no we’ve been waiting since 8. She asked if our washer was under warranty. It is not so she proceeded to try and talk me into their service warranty. When I said I was not interested she said we should be hearing from the technic... read more
