No show. I waisted the whole day for nothing. Zero stars if it was posible
Never showed up then got a notification that I cancelled the appointment. First red flag should’ve been “ I’ve been here a few times last year for the same problem.” ( just bought a house and unfortunately home warranties are as bad as they say and don’t send people to fix problems just send techs to patch the problem but never fix it.)
Great service and quality work.
I know they are probably short staffed and busy this time of year in the south but my technician Daryl was amazing. Of course it was a HVAC system issue that he recognized immediately and was a quick fix. Super knowledgeable and courteous. Even pointed out a few things that other techs missed from previous jobs that could have cost me $1000s dollars to repair had my HVAC leaked in my attic. I highly recommend Daryl from Sears for any HVAC repair. Warranty coverage with Cinch Home Warranty services.
They suck! They were being sent by the warranty company I used American Home Shield who also suck! Sears has a technician that has been to my house before that forged my husband signature 3 times, we knew this because we received the email stating that we were spoken to about my counter tops possibly being damaged while they fixed my cook top.
