Terrific and prompt
Sears came out, tech days he reset the computer and left. 2 days later the frig frosted up again, called and was told they could not be back for 3 weeks. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Great service it took a couple of visits but zero complaints thanks for the quick work
First visit the technician was nice but never started the dishwasher and the dishwasher was still not working. Tried calling and I could not talk to a human , I only got AI . That is beey frustrating as if I talked to a human I could of had someone come back out sooner . Technician for second visit was kind and respectful and made sure that the dishwasher was functioning properly. Get rid of AI !!!! We need to talk ro a person.
