I was very pleased with the service.
I had a difficult time trying to contact your service department to notify your technician that there was a problem with the part received. But the AI assistant could not address my concern. It would be helpful to have a human backup for your chat system and AI phone service. AI only repeats your concern back at you over and over. Please consider changing that contact. 3 months 7 apts and still have a broken freezer. Took a month for parts to arrive. The reschedule afyer reschedule, finly someone comes and parts aren't any "good". New parts get here, guy comes without tools. Now 3 cancelations later still broken freezer. Worst place I've ever dealt with. Can't understand how they're in business.
Very helpful. Very professional.
I supplied the part for replacement I paid $160+ for labor and an inflated trip charge.
