Robert was professional and followed up in a timely manner.
Technician did his best he was good but it took 6 visits to finish the job because the stupid AI system kept assigning the job to different technicians who would not know what the previous technician did, the last technician got the microwave working but the AI system would not allow him to replace the broken door so the job is not completed

Dryer would lose heat during the dry cycle. Sometimes I have heat, sometimes I don’t. Tech never listened to what was being described. Told him previous tech recommended cleaning the vents. I did and same problem. Tech Let’s dryer run for 30 mins and it had heat. Cant fix what he can’t see which I understand. So I call my appliance parts local store and they say it’s the dryer coil which cost me $16.00. Guaranteed me it’s 90% of the problem. So I buy and fixed it myself.
