10/9 Final service update, Sears reached out to schedule virtual appointment. Had a follow-up visit with Alex. Was scheduled as a virtual but he knocked on the door. Very nice, listened to the service history, said unit was good, and pretty much said the 2 prevuous Sears techs were wrong when they stated really low ohm reading (8.1 when normal is 400) for heating/defrost element and needed to be replaced.
