Over the years I have had great experiences with Sears. However not anymore. Absolutely horrible! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The tech was derogatory, demeaning and rude. I called Sears to have another tech sent out. They said they would cancel the appointment and send another tech out. Instead the same repair guy came out again, and refused to fix one of the issues.
