Service was great. Your AI appointment procedure was awful. An I noticed that this survey had my sons name and not mine. I miss speaking to a real person. We should be able to contact someone👎
He was a very nice person who seemed very honest. I was glad I called.
Diagnosis, part delivered to house and return appointment for repair occurred in the same week. Very efficient and cost saving by having appliance warranty plan.
