Travis was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions which helped me in making my decision to purchase a new dishwasher instead of repairing the old one.
Fantastic repair over 2 days. 2 repair men because 1 was training. Parts arrived next day and replaced the following day. I learned so much about my 11 year old Samsung refrigerator. They also showed me how to remove parts to be cleaned that wasn't explained in any of my service manuals. I give these guys 10 stars. I will definitely have Sears service my appliances in the future.
