The technician who came out was great, the AI system that they have that does the scheduling sucks and it is impossible to gat someone human on the phone.
8/27/2028 Update = The "owner" responded to my original posting. In that response a phone number was provided for me to call to resolve the issue. FYI -- no matter what number, including that one, you call you get the AI and same prompts. Also, the washer is still not fixed; tech is supposed to come today. Technician(s) were terrific and understanding. AI (I had to interact with two different ones) were ineffective and did not have the necessary options I needed to resolve the issue of the first tech's arrival and rescheduli... read more
