The technicians who came to our home were very professional and did a great job! Unfortunately, the processes around the visits were frustrating. There were delays in receiving the necessary parts, issues with scheduling the technician’ visits, and seemingly no communication or transfer of information between them.
The service was great and my problem was repaired.
He has been trying his best to fix this door. Unfortunately nothing had worked. But he is a very polite and pleasant service man and I feel comfortable having him try to fix it.
The technician did a great job replacing the compressor on our refrigerator and we finally have a working refrigerator!!! Thank you!
