The service person was great and very knowledgeable,BUT The parts took too damn long to come in. The system is screwed up somehow. Get some Youngblood in there to fix it.

Due to serious health conditions, I rely on a functioning refrigerator to store essential medications. This situation has caused significant stress and disruption. Last month Eric came to service the unit and defrosted it. At that time, I filed a food loss claim and showed the technician that everything inside was frozen solid.
