The technician Markeith, called and verified with me that he was an hour away. He never came and I received and email that stated charges for services rendered with me agreeing and some M M signature that supposed to be mine. How unethical and down right illegal to pose as the customer and signed for me!!! He never came to my house as discussed. It was 11:05 am when we spoke and he was an hour away and it’s now 12:56 pm. Did not repair anything nor did he say he was leaving !!!!
Technician was very pleasant and worked quickly. Fixed my problem. Will use service again.
