The technician was very friendly and efficient. He fixed the problem completely.
The technician who came was excellent. However, he seems to have been not been the one originally assigned. I canceled 3 appointments to clear the date you originally said you'd be there, and then texted mid morning that you couldn't make it. Ended up taking over a week from when I requested service. This was a repair for my air conditioning

NEAL was right on time. I was able to remove the contents of the freezer just before he arrived so they would not thaw out. Repair was quick and easy. He replaced the freezer temperature control panel that did not work with a new one that did work. He was very friendly and professional. Hopefully this refrigerator will work as well and as long as the other two Kenmores we've purchased. But, it's comforting to know an experienced repairman is available if we have problems. Best part -- No charge. Under Warranty
