The service tech never showed up again. I finally called him directly and he had no knowledge of any service call. Yet Sears just carries on like everything‘s happening and now looking for me to rate my Technician when if they checked into any of this, they would see that he never even got the call to come to my house. So far I’ve missed six days of work, dealing with Sears’s home warranty and cinch.
The tech knew what problem was as soon as I told him what was going on
Service guy did not fix the issue. HVAC people that I know told me that the issue is probably dirty inside coils after telling them the issue. Your service guy only checked freon level and if the condensate was clean. He did not even bother to inspect the inside coils. Guess this is just the issue with dealing with home warranty.
Canceled on me on hour before arrival window. Lost a day of work to be home for repair. Not acceptable. You can't get a hold of anyone to speak to you, everything is done with AI.
