Our technician, Jose was great. He, not Sears, provided great communication on every aspect of the process for getting our system fixed.
Very nice man looked and digested and recommended very pleased
Hard to rate a person that did nothing but tell me what I already knew. Because it's going through AHS, he just verified what I already provided... cooktop model number and serial number and that it's 20 years old with no replacement. Now I have to wait for AHS to approve a replacement. It was a waste of my time and probably the technicians with nothing repaired yet.
