Angelo is an Amazing technician. He knows what his job so well that the experienced techs were not able to fix my AC for months but Angelo did the job not only thoroughly but in a very professional manner. I appreciate Sears for having tech like Angelo and will definitely ask for him next time I need AC work done through Sears!!
He was persistent in doing everything he could do to fix the problem even though the unit was over 20 years old & the part was no longer available.
