Seth and Charles were absolute gentlemen. Both took time to explain things and answer questions I had and did not complain when I wanted to watch to learn.

Technician is great. Very knowledgeable but your appointment system SUCKS!!!! Text confirms appointment, yet no one updated the arrival time and no one showed up until the NEXT day because I ended up cancelling and rescheduling for that day. No humans to talk to just bots EVERYWHERE!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WOW!!!! Won't be using again. WASTED AN ENTIRE DAY WAITING FOR UPDATE. YOU SUCK!!!!
