They fit me in quickly for the first appointment, had to order parts, and came right back and installed the parts! The whole thing was done in 3 days. Donte was excellent! He was cheerful and professional, and explained everything in a down-to-earth manner without me feeling like he was trying to push me into anything. Will definitely use Sears again!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! HORRIBLE! NO customer service- you make an appt on line, they give you a 9 hour service window and it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human! All automated. Waited from 8am til 5pm, at 1pm got a text that the service tech still had 4 stops ahead of us. Gave us an estimated time of 7pm. 7pm….service is going to show up to repair a washing machine at 7pm!? At 5pm I get another text saying they rescheduled us three days from now, again w a 9 hour service window! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
I had three different times the the repair was going to show, He showed up at 2:10. He did diagnosed the problem. Then quoted me I believe one quote was for approximately for 600, and the second was for 719.00, and he did have the part. The part cost is 20.47 if I order it myself. I will never use you again
Technician communicated before and during visit… Was on time, professional, thorough, and efficiently found the issue and repaired it. Thankfully it was covered under warranty. Process was easy and painless even during the busy pre-holiday week.
