Technician was great Going exclusively AI is not good customer service. In fact, it’s poor service. If a customer chooses it, fine, however providing no alternative is disappointing.
My husband's & my service technician, Tito, is the best there is! He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable & skilled. Sears Appliance Repair - and we - are very lucky to have him! New post on 8/18/25: Steven O., who serviced our dryer today, is also excellent & Sears Repair Svc. is fortunate to have him.
