Technician was great, but I was supposed to get a coupon that never got applied. The job to replace the belt took 10 minutes. The labor and cost for the part were extremely overpriced!

I canceled services after they tried to charge me $220 for a $20 part. They still shipped the part and haven’t refunded the money (for the part or services they didn’t complete) I can’t get ahold of a person through the phone number or website so I’m disputing through my credit card. I plan on filling a complaint through the Better Business Bureau as well as they are a complete scam. DO NOT USE! They make scheduling easy but after that you can only get ahold of bots.
