Eventually great and technicians were polite and helpful. But took several trips to fix the problem.
Repair still not completed after one and a half months. Said he would check later in the day to see if it was working, but he did not call! (Not sure which one of the previous technicians this comment refers to.) This new evaluation is for Muhibullah, I. Who performed his service on 4/14/26. He seemed experienced and apparently was able to repair my refrigerator after 2 months of failed attempts by 5 other repair technicians. This was perhaps the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. It was not all the technician’s fault, but it took 5 visits to get my oven repaired. The 7 hour window is highly inconvenient and 2 of the 5 visits, the repair tech did not come in the window I was given.
They were quick, efficient, añd friendly. Very professional.
