Fadeem did an excellent job repairing the machine. He was professional, diligent, and properly diagnosed the issue instead of rushing through the visit. Unlike some technicians who say they’re coming and never show up, Fadeem called ahead, arrived as scheduled, and took the time to fix the problem correctly. I highly recommend him and wish others the same luck I had in getting a technician who is reliable and knows what they’re doing.
