We recently had a new compressor installed in our refrgerator. We needed a follow up visit due to an unexpected clog in drain. Both technicians were great. Would highly recommend them both
wanted my Dryer Serviced. They asked "What was wrong with it?" after I told them the guy just ram his meter on it for awhile and said he sees no problem and told me it has a 90 day warranty if the problem shows up again. Problem is it never stopped I located he lowered the dryer from hot to low heat and ran fine but wouldn't dry stuff that way. So after looking online to "HOW TO FIX A DRYER" off the Web I found a few things to check and fixed it myself
We were without a washing machine for 3 MONTHS while they mis-ordered the wrong parts 3 times. How can you be so incompetent to order the wrong parts 3 times, and why does it take you 4 weeks between service appointments? I could have ordered the parts from Korea for my Samsung Washer, had them shipped here slowest method, and installed them myself in less time.
Our Repair Technician showed up and even though it was getting late he didn't stop. He worked really hard to make sure my freezer was working for us so we would not loose any food. He was very helpful and even helped us with our washer, even though he did not have to. I was very impressed with his knowledge and would recommend him for any repairs you need.
This was the tenth service call for the same problem. Its been over a year now. This problem has never stayed fixed. How many times will we have to wait before this lemon gets replaced??? Normally i have a lot patients but im losing them! Going on two years now. We had to buy an additional Insurance to cover what should have been covered under the regular original warranty! Please take as the last time we buy from the Sears Company if you do not take care of this problem!
Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem which was much more complicated. Had the parts available to fix everything. Very friendly and professional.
Took care of my auto repairs with reasonable costs and time. Relatively premium service and parts without risk. Great batteries.
I have been waiting since Sept. for the technician to fix my freezer. He was a no show the first appt. The second appt. he said there was nothing wrong. My freezer keeps leaking. The third appt was a no show. The fourth appt. is after thanksgiving. WOW Great Customer service. I wont be buying any appliances from Sears. They lost my business.
Scheduling an appointment was very easy. Service Technician was professional, courteous and informative. We were very pleased with the service performed on our washer and dryer.
