Matthew was excellent. He did amazing work and even assisted me when the Sears Chat Bot let me down on a previous service. The Chat Bot was unable to address my issue when I was advised that there had been a scheduling change and my service appt was cancelled multiple times,
Clothes Washing machine I will start with a positive, the techs are nice and respectful. Please read my weekly complaints documented when I called in to American home shield and Sears. Sears canceled appointments multiple times in the past month, 5 appointments. Even after they were confirmed by sears through the texting line and even after waiting around half or a full day for them to come between there 8 to 3 window.
