Robert was timely in getting to my house for the first and second appointment. He knew his job. However, during the 10/22/2025 appointment Robert was unable to complete the job. He was unable to get the part or parts because he reported that the “parts were not available”.
Performed very thorough inspection and suggested to call if the same issue reoccur.
