Besides repairing my washer/dryer he gave me advice on how to get them to run better.
Too many cancelations.
Austin was awesome! Even though my garage was really hot he put the parts in my washer really fast and was very polite. I hope I get him every time I need my washer and dryer fixed. The guy who showed up the first day Brian didn't show up the 2nd appointment and didn't even bother to call me, I had to call the company and reschedule, hopefully I don't get him anymore.
