SEARS technician was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He completed the dryer repair as needed. Would definitely use them again.
Very poor service. Never kept time frame, never got the part needed to make the repairs after more than 2 weeks of waiting. I was very disappointed with the lack of concern . Going without your AC for more than 2 weeks
Eddie quickly replaced the sensor in the refrigerator. He then offered to clean the intake on the back of the refrigerator as well as service my washer and dryer all for a very reasonable price.
