I liked my repairman. He was straight-forward and honest. Very competent. Keep him (Travis).
If I could put zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time or money with sears appliance repair. Had the sears repair man come out to my house and within the first 5 minutes tell me I needed to get a new oven. I got a second opinion from another company and it turns out I have a gas leak and the oven might not even be the issue. Spent 130$ at sears for nothing, not even the correct issue was diagnosed. The technician JEB is really a great employee. He is organized and clean while he is taking care of fixing the broken glass of our BOSCh Oven.
Travis was very knowledgeable about appliance in general. He was sharing a lot of information about my dishwasher. He provided very professional service
