Do not use this service! It's all AI to schedule your appointment and THREE TIMES the tech never showed, I just kept getting a message that he was behind and would come at 2, then 5, then 8, and while waiting until 10 pm I never got a message that he wasn't coming. Then they offer a reschedule. I did this three times, same result. The messaging is responsive but remember, it's a robot and all it says is that it's sorry, doesn't have an update and do I want to reschedule. Don't waste your time.
