Fantastic repair and great attitude
The tech was friendly but didn't seem as knowledgable as maybe he should have. The first experience he fixed the issue. A year later the machine sounded like it was full of marbles when spinning. He came out and tilted the machine over and hand spun the barrel. Sat it up ran it through a cycle and no noise. Two days later the same racket so this time I took a video. Great service!
Repairman was quick all 3 visits and very professional. Id rate him a 5 Company on the other side, they sucked as I was 3weeks without dryer when parts were ordered and came within two days. Company kept rescheduling my appointment further out. Then would text they had sooner date so I’d accept and they’d cxl that and push me back again. Repairman didn’t vacuum up dust from him dryer machine apart so I had to vacuum and then throw out old parts that was left in a box.
Great technician. Courteous, quick and understanding. Got right to it and fixed my dishwasher. Cross my fingers it works for a long time!
