Very helpful and provided details even though he wasn't able to fix due to parts being discontinued. Hopefully everything else goes smoothly with replacement options.
Our dryer has been broke for a month. They rescheduled with us 4 times, when you call to get a time figured out you get an AI that does not help you at all. Horrible. Do not call
Don’t call these idiots. First you’ll get an AI, which will tell you to hang up and call a different number for a live agent. Then you’ll get a call center with a foreign agent. Then they will try everything to talk you into scheduling with them, even when you can’t (or don’t want to) wait through the weekend. Nobody ever has a problem on weekends right?
This place sucks. They've been jacking us around for weeks. Never go to Sears for repair. They went out of business for a reason because they suck
