I really liked my tech. He was thorough and honest, but the whole process was not customer friendly. You don't get a time of arrival until that morning. And then it was 3 hours or more off of the scheduled arrival. The whole payment and checkout was cumbersome to the point I need to watch my credit card statement to make sure I didn't get a duplicate or overcharged. I would NOT use this service again.
