Josh was courteous and efficient but was told I would get a report via email but never received it so I called sears where supposedly there are no longer humans you can talk to and SAM(the ai assistant)could not help me so I called Josh back and he said that I have to go through SAM the ai so I can not get a report of what was found even though I was told I would. Never again will I contract a company where you cannot talk to a human being. Shame on you Sears.
One star is far too many. If you have another option, you should use it. Our appliance worked before they got there but by the time they left it was completely unusable and we could not get a response from technicians or supervisors. Second visit was equally bad when they deemed our 6 month old oven as unable to be repaired. The techs have no knowledge or training (no fault of their own I assume). Terrible frustrating experience.
Technician unfamiliar with particular product series. I was able to find a few pictures and info to assist them with disassembly.
Joshua was amazing and knowledgeable. He was polite and answered all my questions. He made sure my appliance was working .
Tech was great: very polite and professional. He ran tests and diagnostics with no errors. Suggested I clean the dishwasher with vinegar. He was barely out the door when I ran the dishwasher and got the beep beep beep and error codes. I almost ran after him. So I paid $130 and still have a malfunctioning dishwasher.
