This Company is an absolute rip off!! Call for washing machine repairs. Tech took my 650.00 for service the same day, said he was ordering parts and would be back to fix as soon as parts came in. Three weeks later he call to tell me that he placed the order for the wrong parts and he needed 650 more to get the right parts. Do not use this company in the Lowcountry! I believe Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Savannah all share the same technicians. First, I had a very unprofessional technician come to fix our fridge. He complained about the company the entire time and told me how much he made, how poorly they treated employees, etc. He had to return a couple weeks later with the part. My experience with Sears was / is horrible!!!!! They stole my money by saying they rendered service!!! They lied and took my money. I am a senior citizen and for some reason they feel as though they can take my money. Capital One believed there lie. At first they were willing to refund my money $462. But later changed the story!
