Technician was knowledgeable,explain everything and has alot of patience.Excellent.
Unfortunately we cannot leave negative stars here cuz their “services” really were that bad, as detailed by other reviews We requested their service to fix our dishwasher early 2025. The tech guy came in to diagnose the issue and said we needed to buy a new drain pump, and we agreed to pay the diagnostic fee and the pump which totaled $524.94. Technician never showed up after having an appointment window of 8am to 5pm. When I tried to call there was no way to talk to a real person and I couldn’t get any help. Ended up cancelling the appointment at 5:30pm the day they were supposed to service my dryer.
Truly awful and useless these days. Sears is now owned by something called "Transformco" which, apparently doesn't know what they are doing. Stay far away, because the experienced technicians and customer service you used to get from Sears are long gone.
Very professional, respectful and also knowledgeable of appliance and homeowners.
