AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Demetry from Sears appliance repair was assigned by my warranty company. First off you can’t get a real person on the phone. It’s a phone tree bs with no option to talk to someone. Once the tech was assigned they canceled my appointment the first time the day of. When they finally came he left after being at my house for two hours. He said he would come back the next day with a different tool. He never came back. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient. Ordered parts which were delivered the next day, and fixed the problem. Very happy with the service.
