The repair technician showed up, ordered a belt and left. Then came back another day to install the belt, but then said that he needed to order another part to fix the heating element, and will have to come back to my house to complete the repair. The part never arrived, nor did the technician ever come back. I’ve already paid for the parts and repairs, and am seeking a full refund.
Thank you for giving me this opportunity to rate my technician he was thorough whenever the appointment was scheduled for him he was here and he stayed on it until he got my machine fixed properly. I appreciate every time he came even if it was a little process I was excited in knowing he was the person coming back. Thank you for awesome job you done. Mr Dares was always very polite he greeted us with good morning he kept us informed with everything that needed to be done and he just constantly stayed on getting a problem so... read more

He also advised he did not have a work truck a... read more

The washer needs a new belt & control panel which can be purchased online for a lot cheaper. Just sharing my experience to help someone else who may be considering booking them for repairs. Try finding a local handy man if possible. Why would I pay $830 to repair a used washer that I can purchase for new $499. Not reasonable at all. I was in disbeli... read more
