Problem was not resolved. Technician stated since he was not an electrician, he was unable to determine what the issue was - if it was a blown fuse. Resulting in my needing to schedule a follow up appt with a tech who could determine the electrical aspect as to possible problem that’s its not lighting.(2) Day 2.. another tech returned today 12/4; after sharing with him the situation he also stated he was not skilled as an electrician & unable to assess the problem.
The technician, Matthew, does a great job. He's friendly, prompt, communicative and takes the time to explain the needs and repairs.
Mr. Otis came and checked the furnace very thoroughly. After checking each section, he found the problem. He explained that this type of furnace has this problem very often, but it was a simple fix. He went to retrieve the supplies needed, and after a very short time, he was done. The furnace is fine, and I am very happy.
