Technician did wonderful job with difficult installation
The technician, Otis, was friendly and helpful. He apparently was very knowledgeable as he located the problem with my furnace and repaired it in no time. I have a home warranty plan and they chose Sears as the repair service but I would choose them anyway if I had to choose someone on my own.
This technician was very professional, and very informative.
