This is the worse service I have experienced! There was absolutely no live person period! Programs can only answer what they are programmed to answer. I was get conflicting messages from their AI system. Canceling and rescheduling. The tech came Thursday and diagnosed problem ordered the part to my house and scheduled appointment for Monday.
