Tech did the job, the dryer worked for 13 days, and I make an appointment but can’t get any one to come back out to look at it again.
I needed someone out to work on my refrigerator and two days in a row after confirming appointments (4 hour windows which required me adjusting my schedule) they waited until the last minute and canceled on me.
Michael did a great job -- good communication, arrival updates, questions answered. Not crazy about the Sears 9 hour "window" of when arrival will occur, it would be nice if that could be reduced to a 2 or 3 hour window or an actual appointment time, that would be a massive improvement.
