Both service representatives who responded to out machine repair were courteous, polite, friendly and helpful.
Lee was excellent in explaining a complex problem with this HVAC unit which still needs to be resolved once the dye and sealant results come in after the unit has been running for a while. Lee explained what to check for in the coming days to determine the extent of possible coil leak and he added dye, sealant, and refrigerant. I am concerned with the toxic mold as I have a respiratory impairment. Lee was very knowledgeable and professional.
Micheal arrived on time. Focused on the issue. Resolved the problem. Offered suggestions for preventing a repeat of the situation. He was professional and courteous.
