Kyle is very pleasant and professional. He did rapidly diagnose our issue with our oven. Unfortunately, we need an electrician, not Kyle! But, we needed to know. Thank you Kyle!
Kyle, the Sears service technician was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem on the first visit and ordered the necessary four (4) parts to repair my microwave oven. The parts were mailed to my house but I didn't know when the last part would arrive and would it arrive prior to my second appointment date. I called the Customer Service telephone number to find out when the last part would arrive. The Customer Service Department (if you can really call it that) was TERRIBLE. Tech was terrific! However your App needs work. I only received 1 update that stated tech would arrive @10:37, received @12:30. He arrived @ 3:45. Tech great, updates poor.
Steve arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and serviced my GE dryer.
