After having this dishwasher LOOKED at for the third time, I had to show the repairman what was wrong. The second time here, he removed a metal bar at the bottom of the door which kept the gasket in place. I thought he was going to bring it back. No. He said that if Choice could not find the part, "they will contact you with other options". I expressed my concerns with the representative, the second time he was here and that the piece that was NOW missing was in place prior to his second visit. Diagnoised a bad transmission and advised me to replace the unit rather than repair it
The person that diagnosed our washer problem was professional, friendly, and quick. I would definitely recommend.
WE were bery please with Kyle's lnowledge and honesty. Our dryer was repairablle. The diswahser repiar would have cost us more than a new dishwasher, so we decided to not do the repair on his recommendation. He also gave us his opinion of which dishweasher brands were the best.
