I’ve had the repair parts for 43 days now. Sears has scheduled, no showed and now cancelled on us 5 times. AI scheduling is causing us so much frustration- we are going through our home warranty and Sears won’t admit they are wasting everyone’s time and not providing adequate service. Horrible customer service
Highly recommend Nick. Worked hard, explained issues and was very personable. Refund was provided when part could not be found for microwave.
Josh Was good, but Sears sevice in general was unacceptable. I will not deal with AI, because it's unable to comprehend the problems. And there's no live person you can talk with. I wouldn't recommend Sears service to anyone. It took me three months to get my problem resolved. Thank to Josh it was finally taken care of.
Very knowledgeable and professional service. Demetri was pleasant with great listening skills.
