I didn’t think the interaction with the AI assistant was effective. I was surprised to find out that the appointment was actually scheduled for the same afternoon. The technician was timely and professional. I truly appreciate the great customer service.
Josh the repairman was awesome. He came into a situation that was not what he expected but he effected the repairs to our icemaker. The real problem lies with Sears. All they have is AI for communications and it SUCKS! I had two separate appointments canceled. One was for problems with the repairman. The second was a no show with zero notification. Their window is 8 am - 5 pm so you can't do anything buy chores around the home while waiting. Trying to get ahold of a real person to speak to is impossible. Once again while try... read more

The Sears guys that came to my house were awesome. They were really engaged with my wife & myself. They had the parts already ordered and delivered before our scheduled servicing. I would welcome them back in my house anytime.
