This is the worst experience I have ever had with appliance repair. When I scheduled the appointment I somehow got a live person on the phone who assured me the tech would be able to clean my washer as I was requesting. The tech arrived, didn't know what he was doing, tried to use a cleaner that did not work. He then cleaned lint from my dryer, took the front off to clean it out, put it back together, never checked whether it worked when he was done. It didn't work. TECK DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING.BEEN HERE 3 TIMES TO FIX MY ICEMAKER STILL DOES NOT WORK. IF YOU YELL AT THE AI PHONE AMSWERING SYSTEM IT DOES NOT BOOK A REPAIR. USE TO LIKE SEARS REPAIR YOU HAVE SURE GONE DOWN HILL.
Daniel did an amazing job fixing my Samsung dryer. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts on Thursday. The parts were shipped to my house on Friday. Daniel came back and finished the repair on Sunday.
