Eric was very professional and he did not take a long time and he explained everything
Scott was very efficient and professional. He made the repair very quickly. The labor charge was quite high though, which I know is out of Scott's control.
The repair man was charming but did not do thing to fíx the problem, he came late afternoon, did not open the back of the machine or looked at the timer. The machine still stops after about 10 min. Where are the honest repair men?
My repair man was very good, but Sear’s is price gauging people. They make repairs so expensive it’s not worth fixing.
