Very very disappointed. The service tech. Showed up w/o a ladder , knowing I live in apartment building and the uint could be on the roof. I took off a day at work for the tech refusing to do the job. Very sad day. It’s 99’

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Sears Home Warranty. Although my refrigerator has finally been repaired, it took more than five months to resolve the issue.
