Technician was excellent! He explained the process all the way through and fixed it immediately once all the parts came in.
I have been paying home sears warranty for almost a year and after 11 months my oven needed a repair(first time ever needed a repair in the one year). got an APPOINTMENT AFTER 2 WEEKS after multiple rescheduling from their end and on the day of service 11 am they said technician not available. I was waiting at home the whole day, taking off work and on the day of appt they say technician NOT available. So no oven for more than 3 weeks inspite of paying monthly home warranty fee.
