Received a 20-minute warning of their arrival. They arrived right when they said they would proceeded to look at my washing machine and unfortunately there's nothing wrong with my washing machine. It's all the way it was installed. It's an upright on a upper floor without a secure drain pan with a drain and all that adds to the vibration. If I could give that guy a ZERO , I most definitely would! He shows up and as I’m watching him for almost 10 minutes out of my front door, sitting in his van with his phone in his hand. I finally stepped outside and stepped in my yard so he could see me and was waiting him for to get out of the van. I have been waiting patiently since my air conditioner, froze up a few nights ago.
