Both technicians John and Travis were kind, knowledgeable, and very professional! They both took the time to explain what they were doing and were very patient with my questions!
John was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly, fixed the ignitor and finished up. Great job, would highly recommend!
I am giving five stars ONLY for Vincent, the repair technician. I give Sears a ZERO. Because Sears would rather ROB their customers than offer a fair price. $170 dollars for a part you can buy online for $20, and $400 labor for a thirty minute repair. I will never call Sears Appliance Repair again. As for Vincent, top notch, excellent!
