Very polite. Efficient and informative.
The initial time was fine, then AI calls me to ask if an earlier would be okay. I responded with a yes. That timeframe came and passed with no tech or update from Sears. I call the number and am ONLY allowed to speak with the AI, no human. The AI gives ONLY 3 options, none of which were going to help me. Finally after I hang up, sometime later I receive a call stating a timeframe that was BY the original time. That came and passed with no technician or update. Had an issue with body odor and he left the dryer vent unhooked after completing the dryer repair.
Was very disappointed my first appointment being cancelled. Had to wait another long week. This is not Travis' fault. Very disappointed in Sears. Travis is excellent.
