Robert was fantastic
Very competent and professional.
The technician Ezekiel was very knowledgeable empathetic and friendly. I highly recommend this company for appliance repair. The only thing I don’t like about the company is their customer service, I tried to call them to speak with a human being to request the written report and got nowhere, very frustrating. You cannot get a hold of a human being everything is handled by AI. I hope I can get my report soon.
No one has completed my repair. I am getting notifications but no one been to my home. I am frustrated and confused
