Rep very polite. I felt like appt was very impersonal. Took forever and he was on phone whole time. Don't know if I trust his diagnosis.
He was very courteous & lovely to talk with. He quickly fixed the problem & gave me tips to help my dishwasher run better. Will definitely recommend Sears technician for any appliances needs.
