Very professional, quick service. He also allowed a minute for me to quickly vacuum under where the dryer goes, which was very nice. It's difficult to reattach the vent and I was glad he was able to do that before wrapping up.
Our technician Johnny was very professional and was knowledgeable and efficient!
He must have done well because we have hot water!
