Kevin called to let us know he was on his way and to make sure parts had arrived at our house and we were ready for him. Followed up on last technician to assure the same problem was still occurring, and it was. After installing part and further troubleshooting it was determined our refrigerator could not be fixed. Kevin stated we’d receive a phone call in the next day or two from Sears as they would be replacing the entire unit. Kevin was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional.
