First of all, I'm only giving one star because it's mandatory in order to post my review, otherwise I would be giving zero stars. Secondly, I will never ever in my life shop anywhere for anything at any Sears store or business. I called Sears Appliance repair back in October of 2024 for a technician to come look at my refrigerator because it was making a very loud noise. The technician came out, looked at the fridge, said he had to order some parts and that it would take about 3 weeks for the parts to arrive. He scheduled th... read more
Very professional in all aspects of the service.
The guy Marco D. was EXTREMELY rude in the morning to confirm appointment was at wrong address then call me 15 mins before he arrived giving me a HARD TIME ON THE PHONE LIKE HE DIDNT WANT TO COME OUT. FINALLY HE ARRIVED AND STARTED TO ARGUE WITH MY WIFE. WE TOLD HIM TO LEAVE MULTIPLE TIMES AND HE SAID HE WASNT ORDERING PARTS AND ALSO SAID HE DODNT WANT TO BE HERE ANYWAY AFTER WE TOLD HIM TO LEAVE MORE THAN 3 TIMES!!
