Service tech was knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and ordering the right parts. Washing machine seems to be back to normal.
He was awesome, very attention to detail. He took the time to fix , that I do not think a lot of technicians would have gone that extra mile.
Matthew was fine. Unfortunately his hands were tied. Someone in the Sears office told him that my wall unit was not covered and if I called again they would cancel my warranty. I see now why Sears is going out of business.
