Terrible. The worst experience from start to finish. He was 2 and a half hours late and didn't want to look at the machine because he was running late. Ge had the wrong serial number which he was aware of, but waited until he arrived to tell me he wasn't going to work on it. I had ge on the line and they corrected the issue while he was there . But he said he didn't have time and still had 3 stops left. He was rude .

Quick, efficient, took it apart, identified the problem and the fix, replaced the part and reassembled! The Technician did great, however, the Dryer once again does not have heating/warm air, basically after one Laundry Cycle! I’m wondering if maybe its electrical-cord or connection or even outlet?!

Did not clean the lent that I can’t reach after every cleaning said the Heating element was bad but didn’t replace and didn’t know much about the appliance this GE profile doesn’t work it take 4-6 hours to cycle and leaves the clothes wet you can’t shake out wet clothes I bought after my daughter was murdered and didn’t use the best judgment but we all clean this machinafter every wash the lent brush pushed some of the lent to the back but the rest is clean and the technician left it like that but it doesn’t work The technic... read more
