Technician never showed up to service our washer and went ahead and turn in a full report saying he did. Even signed as if we was not gonna ever see the report. Called to have something done about it just to have them say we have set up another app. They never called to do the virtual app. This time around. We never signed anything but looks like he did it for us. Still haven’t got our washer fixed.
Very happy with the service and the repair man. It was all done as quickly as possible, very efficient and works perfectly.
