Sears/A&E in Victoria is the Worst Service company I have ever dealt with. I live 3.5 hours away and have had 3 separate appointments to repair my new GE Refrigerator. They showed up the first time, ordered parts and then set a return appointment. The return Appointment was confirmed by me and confirmations from them with repeated texts and then 15 minutes prior to arrival time the appointment was cancelled.
