The only negative was that the repair did not notify me when he was arriving. Gladly I made sure someone was home but if not I would not have know and probably missed my appt. I was at work and cannot constantly check my phone for the app update.
The service technician, Nicolas, is knowledgeable, efficient and easy going.He had the washing machine up and running while patiently walking me thru the process. Kudos to Sears service for their prompt response to our online service request. We are very pleased with the results and fair pricing.
Tech said “ Im not here for your satisfaction and that i should take up my issue about my unit with warranty people , picked up his backpack and walked out my front door .. I barely got his name and ID number ..
