My star rating is for my technician, Nico, only!! The entire process prior to his arrival was a nightmare!! Y’all need to do better!! Much better!!
Tyler was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though I was sold a crappy product, he was very professional and honest.
Judah was great! Keep me updated on when he would arrive and was thorough to make sure our AC unit was in good operating order!
Excellent & courteous but a 9hr time window seems unreasonable in this day and age.
My 5 stars is for the technician who provided my estimate for repairs today. He was wonderful! However, my experience with the Sears customer service representative was very misleading and I will not be using their services in the future.
