Completely AI company with no human agents available to speak with. They also tried to postpone my appointment by several days when both necessary parts had already arrived at my home. Technician left frozen food on top on my belongings out on the counter after completing the repair.
This appointment was scheduled through a warranty company. The tech called me before arriving and asked what the issue was. I explained that the tenants had reported the AC was not cooling. He did nothing to help get the AC unit working. Absolutely nothing, his partner told me to sign permission for him to work on the unit. When it was an actual signature for ALL the work. They did "NOT DO" I will be filling a claim with BBB.
