Very polite and courteous. Trouble shooted my broken washing machine and fixed the same day. Awsome Tech, very knowledgeable.
Great service. Friendly, professional, and quick.
It took 4 trips to get a solution. Colin was professional. My repair was covered by a warranty.
He opened ice machine and said motor was bad. And that was it and he left. We unplugged it and a few days later ice machine started working again. I would not recommend Colin as service tech.
