Neil contacted me with the time he would be here and arrived on time. He was very professional and we are very satisfied
Had an appointment today to get my stove fixed and already paid the $1,000 to fix it. Window was 8am to 5pm. Waited all day and half through got an AI call asking if I want to keep original appointment or reschedule another day. I said, "keep original appointment. " technician never showed. Come to find out it rescheduled for another week. Tried to reach a person, but you cannot. Im sick of this AI. I will not go with Sears again. I will pay more somewhere else next time.
Without a refrigerator since 7/24/2026. Not pleased with how things were handled. I've had (5) FIVE service calls the very 1st tech said I needed a Compressor. Everything on this refrigerator was ordered BUT the Compressor. I was told it needed freyon. It was put in twice. I put food in the freezer both times only to discard it because the refrigerator only worked for two days. Than more parts were ordered. Than FINALLY THE COMPRESSOR.
