It took 4 trips to get a solution. Colin was professional. My repair was covered by a warranty.
He opened ice machine and said motor was bad. And that was it and he left. We unplugged it and a few days later ice machine started working again. I would not recommend Colin as service tech.
Collin has been here a few times over the years and is always kind courteous and efficient
