Sharing again since first review was deleted. Was given a window of 8-5, they never showed. Never texted or called with an explanation. I canceled plans and stayed home all day with grumpy kids to make sure we didn’t miss the repairman. I guess they feel free to do whatever since there’s only a couple of them that provide the service, so they get away with being unprofessional.
A local appliance repair company referred me to Sears appliance repair for an error message on my Bosch dishwasher. Communication leading up to the appointment was excellent, Brendan communicated his arrival time, and was prompt and very efficient in his diagnosis of the problem. His description of the problem was provided in a way that a person like myself could easily understand the problem and the potential solutions.
