John our technician was very friendly and honest. He came out in a snow storm to help us out.
Initially tech stated it was an issue with door lock motor. Motor was ordered and 2nd visit was scheduled. Part was WAY OVERPRICED. Part was less than $50 when I searched it up on Google. It cost approximately $550 for the Part and the time to replace( took approximately 10 minutes to replace).After replacing the Motor, the tech said it's not the Motor, it's the control board. Refrigerator needed a new compressor. Tadd did a great job and all is well.
Brandon was our service technician for our washing machine and he was super patient and friendly throughout the whole repair.
