Very professional and polite. He explained the issues clearly and helped to make sure they didn't happen again. Very pleased with the service!

The repairman was wonderful. The dishwasher didn’t have a problem while he was here and he stayed for a long time. He told me if it stopped again before 30 days I could make another appointment and the service fee would be waived. Well I called and only an AI person to help. They said that they had no record of me having service. When I asked to speak to a real person they said I could not do that and schedule online. Ugh needless to say what is the point.
