Mr. Anthony was very professional he walked us through everything and the steps we needed to take to move forward.
My recent experience with a microwave technician was extremely disappointing. The technician failed to perform the duty that was scheduled and showed a complete lack of professionalism in communication. Despite setting an appointment, the technician never arrived on time and did not bother to notify me of any delays or changes. I had to repeatedly call and message just to get an update, but my inquiries went unanswered for hours, sometimes days. I’m very dissatisfied with Sears.
Anthony was so polite and informed me with what was wrong with my ice maker and He was efficient installing the new part.
