My experience was awful. The technician was unprofessional and rude. He talked about what my warranty company was not going to pay instead of diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator. He confirmed an appointment and did not check to see if all the parts were delivered. I drove from work out of town. He looked at his phone and started the 3rd part did not deliver when I asked why he confirmed an appointment without all the parts, he rudely replied he is just a technician and he had no remorse for wasting my time.
